What we collect

Information you give us through the contact, reference-request and newsletter forms and the booking scheduler: name, company, role, work email, phone if you provide it, and your message. Usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring site, and interactions such as button clicks and form submissions.

Visitor identification

We may use a visitor-identification service (RB2B) that matches website visits from the United States to business contact information. If you would prefer not to be identified, email edsmith@fractionalsalesexperts.com or use the opt-out at rb2b.com. California residents have the right to opt out of this processing.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule conversations, send the notes you subscribed to, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics set cookies or identifiers to measure site use. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Retention and sharing

Form submissions are kept in our CRM for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable expectation of one. We share data only with the services that run the site (Vercel, Google, Resend, the CRM) and never for their own marketing.
